Tools of communication in organization Introduction Organizations are made up of people and each person receives information and processes them in different ways, and it is important that in every organization we have different tools to communicate with each other, and we have to make it sure that every message is understood by everyone to have a better implementation. Communication is one of the key to an organization s success. So it is important to know how to have effective communication with employees. Small or big organization that uses this tool may realize greater productivity and profit as a result. This will help members exactly what to do, or the step by step procedure in communicating, they will learn to utilize the use of human resource. Communications can no longer be the realm solely of the communications department and the executive director. if most of your staff has no formal training in communications, you have to make it easy. In our modern day today different tools came up, with the use of modern technology communication made easier simply by email, blogs, et al. for example in an organization you must have centralized file system, use simple survey, suggestion and comment column, in this case it will be more easier for the user. Create templates for regularly used communications; teach everyone how to write on the web, use a checklist and make communication part of one’s job.
